Sales director responsibilities include developing and executing all key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans required to achieve your financial targets. As the Sales Director, success will be measured in client sales and monthly revenue growth.


  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company’s customer base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Following-up on leads and conducting research to identify potential prospects
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Providing exemplary customer service
  • Daily documentation and management of the sales funnel in the company sales tools
  • Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards
  • Working with management to target and achieve performance objectives

Working long hours may be required from time to time. This is a full-time position that includes a competitive salary and commission. This position reports directly to the President in our Hyannis office.

Education and Experience

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Experience in business-to-business lead generation sales is preferred
  • Online marketing or advertising experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment driven by meeting and beating targets
